Western Arthur Range, Southwest National Park, Tasmania The Milky Way rising over Lake Oberon between Mount Pegasus north and south. The southwest region of Tasmania is home to some of the most severe weather in Australia. This image was taken on an uncharacteristically clear morning at 3am. The moon can also be seen in the left of frame.
