Private Workshop - Half or Full Day
Best of Southern Tasmania
A guided day further afield - waterfalls, coast, a bushwalk or a ferry day-trip. As far as the day allows.
A full day (or half) out shooting with me, further from town than a single session reaches - the waterfalls of Mt Field, the sea cliffs of the Tasman, a bushwalk, or a ferry day-trip to Bruny or Maria. We shape the day around what you want to photograph and how far you'd like to roam.
Pick the length that suits you - switch between them in the booking panel. A half day stays closer and goes deep on one area; a full day opens up the ferry islands and the longer walks.
- One-on-one or a small group (up to 3), tailored to your level and your fitness
- Waterfalls, coast, rainforest or a guided bushwalk - the day built around what you want
- Field technique all day - composition, long exposures, filters, working with the light
- Parks passes and local knowledge included - I handle the logistics, you shoot

Where we go
How far the day reaches
A half day stays closer and goes deep on one area; a full day opens up the ferry islands and the longer walks. On the day I pick the route that fits the conditions.
Tasman Peninsula
~1 hrSea cliffs, blowholes and dolerite coast - plus the longer walks to Cape Raoul and Cape Hauy.
Mt Field & the waterfalls
~1 hrRussell and Horseshoe Falls, tall-tree rainforest and alpine light higher up.
Bruny Island
Full day + ferryThe Neck, Cape Bruny lighthouse and dramatic sea cliffs - a full day across the water.
Maria Island
Full day + ferryPainted cliffs, wildlife and convict ruins - no cars, just a full day exploring on foot.
Conditions decide the spot. The listing suggests where we might head - on the day I pick the best of it for the light and the weather, and match the walk to your fitness.
Just after a local session? See the Sunrise or Sunset Shoot or the Astrophotography Shoot.
